We have teamed up with a state-of-the-art local vendor for all of our fulfillment requests.  Together, we are equipped to efficiently handle any size job. 

Our typical fulfillment service includes inserting a CD into a 7” x 7” white padded mailer, affixing an address label and postage, sealing, and mailing. 

ADDRESS LABELS

Our customers have two address label options for fulfillment.  They can provide us with pre-printed labels (both recipient and return address on one label) or they can send us an Excel spreadsheet containing the addresses to be used (please contact one of our Sales Representatives for more details about spreadsheet format). 

When a spreadsheet is sent, our graphics department will design a beautiful, full-color mailing label to compliment the design of the CD package.

POSTAGE RATES

When a spreadsheet of addresses has been provided, we are able to take advantage of the most cost-effective postal rates by having those addresses pre-sorted and automated for mailing.  The minimum quantities for automation are 200 for Standard Class mail and 500 for First Class mail.  Data Processing fees apply.
