SUBMITTING YOUR FILES ELECTRONICALLY
E-mail is a fast and convenient way to submit the graphics files for your CD setup. You may also mail us your digital files on floppy disk or CD. (Disk or CD becomes property of The CD Guys® and will not be returned unless a self-addressed, stamped envelope has been provided.)

Acceptable File Formats: EPS (preferred), TIF or JPG
(EPS files should be compressed and any fonts converted to outlines.)

Resolution Requirements: 300 dpi or higher

Unusable File Formats: Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, or GIF (internet images)

SUBMITTING YOUR FILES BY MAIL
We also accept graphics in the form of hard copies by mail. Our Graphics Department will scan your wallet-sized photo or camera-ready logo to create a high-resolution digital image that will be used for your CD layout. Business cards with photos are not acceptable. (Photos become property of The CD Guys® and will not be returned unless a self-addressed stamped envelope has been provided.)

INVOICE
If you have a good credit history with us, we are happy to invoice you. For new customers, our policy is to invoice only when a company purchase order number has been provided.
